Our group name is CO1975 CRUSADERS!  To help everyone understand the options and logistics, we have gathered the official rates, packages, and deadlines below so you can choose what works best for you. 

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING ABOVE PACKAGES:

* Guests choosing an Interior Cabin are only allowed to choose two of the items listed in the "Perks and Amenities" column for their selected package.

** Standard Beverage/Open Bar Package includes beer, wine, well drinks, and soft drinks.

*** Specialty Dining Package includes three (3) dinners at a Specialty Restaurant on three (3) separate nights.

Gratuities & Hidden Costs Disclosure

To ensure complete transparency and ensure nobody feels blindsided by extra charges on their final onboard bill, please review these out-of-pocket costs not covered in the base fares above:

• Mandatory Shipboard Gratuities ($140.00 per person): Norwegian Cruise Line automatically charges $140.00 per person ($20.00 per day) for shipboard service staff (cabin stewards, assistant stewards, waiters, and assistant waiters). This can be pre-paid through Molly before we sail or paid dynamically on board the ship.

• NCL "Free at Sea" Package Service Fees (Option A Only): While NCL provides the beverage and specialty dining packages as a promotional perk, they assess a mandatory 20% service fee/gratuity based on the retail value of the packages. These package gratuities are automatically calculated and added to your individual cabin booking cost upon selecting Option A.

• Non-Refundable Agency Surcharge: Included inside the base cruise rates shown in the above table is a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee per cabin paid to Molly’s agency.

APPENDIX: CONTRACT AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All amenities listed are based on the group sailing with a minimum of 7 cabins or more. Groups that drop below the 7 cabin minimum are subject to lose any TC group leader refund offered, however, the selected option A or option B amenities would not be dropped. 

• All prices and features are subject to change until space is confirmed by your Group Cruise Specialist.**

• Deposit is due at time of registration.

• Cabin availability is based on a first come, first served basis.

• Cabins not deposited within 48 hours of registration are subject to cancellation.

• Single travelers will be responsible for total cabin deposit based on double occupancy.

• Cabins not deposited by first deposit due date will be released back to the cruise line to be resold at prevailing rates. Any cabins not paid in full by the final payment due date will be automatically cancelled by the cruise line and the  group members will be subject to any cancellation fees.

•  Deposits are based on double occupancy only. Any group member wishing to secure a cabin for three or more passengers will be required to pay the full deposit at time of booking. Cabins of three or more are based on availability and may not always be available in like categories. Please contact your agent for pricing and details.

• All departure fees and government taxes and fuel surcharge assessed by the cruise line are subject to change at any time prior to departure and are the responsibility of the passengers.

Cruiseline Cancellation Fees

(Change fees vary and are at the discretion of the cruise line see below):

• 119-91 days prior to sailing: 25% per person Penalty

• 90-61 days prior to sailing: 50% per person Penalty

• 60-31 days prior to sailing: 75% per person Penalty

• 30 days prior to sailing: 100% per person Penalty
